Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PIXO keeps and where. It covers accounts, purchases, Brawa, and chat.

1. Where your data lives

Your profile, purchases, chat, and prize details are stored on PIXO's servers. Your browser keeps only a sign-in token, your cart, and your sound and theme choices. Signing out removes the sign-in from the device.

2. Account information

If you create an account we store your display name, username, email, account type, city, bio, website, avatar, and the time you joined.

3. Purchases and the cart

An order stores the block, the city on that purchase, the display name, the link, the image, and the payment reference. A reservation lasts 60 minutes.

4. Payment proof

Checkout asks for a transfer reference and a receipt image or PDF. Do not upload a bank document you need to keep private. Receipts are stored privately and only our review team can open them.

5. Trivia

Practice rounds are not stored on a server. For a real game we keep the winner, the prize, and how it was split, so the leaderboard and the prize can be checked.

6. Chat

Messages are stored on PIXO's servers with your display name and the time. Block and report choices belong to your account. Mute stays on this device. Do not put card numbers, passwords, or identity documents in a message.

7. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not build an advertising profile. We do not ask for a bank account number on this site.

8. Storage

The site uses local storage for your sign-in token, cart, sound, music, and theme. We do not set a third-party advertising cookie.

9. Public information

The wall, leaderboards, and Million List are meant to be public: a name, a city, a pixel count, a logo, and a number. Do not use a name you need to keep private.

10. Age

The project is for people 18 and older. We do not want accounts, chat, or purchases from anyone younger. If you believe a minor used the chat, write through the contact page.

11. How long it stays

Data stays until you delete your account. Million List numbers are meant to be a permanent public record: the number, the block, the name, and the city. A report is kept only as long as needed to review it.

12. Your choices

You can turn sound and music off, choose who may send you a message request, block or mute someone, sign out, or delete your account. You can skip trivia. Changing your profile city does not move pixels already bought.

13. Security

Anyone using your browser while you are signed in can act as you, so sign out on a shared computer. No method of storage is perfect. Do not send secrets through chat.

14. Sharing

We share data only with a host to run the site, with an email service to send you email, or when the law requires it.

15. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes. Questions go to the contact page. Mention privacy, and include your username if you have one.
